When I first received the doll I was very excited, unfortunately upon opening the package quickly discovered something was not right. One of the Dolls arms had come out of socket or broken at the shoulder leaving it all floppy and impossible to pose. The seller did provide me with a modest refund of $200, but for a $1,300 doll, received broken, I still feel like I was taken advantage of. Xqueen dolls website does state that I would receive a replacement if received broken, but due to the current pandemic this was “the best they could do”.
Other than receiving the doll broken, I’m satisfied with the realism in both look, and feel, inside and out. She is super sexy. The heating mechanism doesn’t seem to work at all, so that’s another downside. Thanks to Xqueen for refunding some money, but I won’t be buying another from this seller or from any seller in China in the future.
