Received exactly as described. Seller sent very detailed email prior to arrival about examining and caring for doll on opening. Measurements are spot on. A bit heavy but weight was accurately described. Cleaning pot really an enema bulb which makes sense for cleaning after use. Very soft, washed first as directed and used baby powder and this also cut down on the skin smell. Definitely suggest going easy on the joints at first and reading the enclosed diagram of movements.
